to the Blading page! There's really nothing new about rollerblading
-- or it's proper name -- inline skating. The activity has been around
for some time now, but it is really beginning to take off and gain in popularity.
Besides being so
much fun, there are numerous health and physical benefits that rival jogging
and running. And in some ways, blading is better for you due to the
low-impact on joints in the lower extremities.
These pages are by
no means the answer to all your questions about the sport, using it as a fitness exercise,
or taking part in inline skating for recreation, but they should provide some basic information
necessary for healthy, safe skating and what to look for when purchasing
equipment.
